  • Reservation
    A signed contract and deposit are required to reserve EWC services.
  • Payment
    As compensation for the event planning services, Client agrees to pay a total agreed contracted amount to EWC. A non-refundable deposit fee of 30% will be made as an initial deposit and is due on the date the contract goes into effect. All remaining balances shall be due no later than 21 days BEFORE the scheduled event in order to avoid cancellation of services.
  • Cooperation
    EWC cannot assist the Client without the Client’s cooperation and assistance. In the case of some services, time is of the essence. Therefore, in order for EWC to secure those event services, it is necessary that the Client communicate in a timely manner with EWC.
  • Changes
    Should the date of the Event change, EWC will make the best effort possible to accommodate the new date. The Client understands that last-minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that EWC is not responsible for these compromises in quality.
  • Vendors
    For the services selected, the relationship between EWC and any vendor will be independent of each other and not that of an employer/employee. Therefore, EWC is not responsible for any cancellation on the part of any vendor, any neglect or damage caused by any vendor, or any fee dispute between client and vendor. While EWC will recommend vendors and assist Clients with fee and service negotiations, the decision to contract with any vendor is ultimately that of the Client. EWC will not be legally bound by contracts between Client and vendor. Clients understand that EWC cannot be held responsible for “acts of God’ including, but not limited to, inclement weather, fire, and/or destruction of or damage to the event site or any of the Client’s or vendor’s personal property caused by natural occurrences.
  • Service and Price Guarantee
    EWC will always stand behind the quality and professional nature of the services that we offer. If at any point you are not completely satisfied with the services we have performed, we encourage you to bring this to our attention immediately. We’d love the opportunity to correctly address your concerns and allow us a chance to win your trust back and prevent similar problems from happening in the future.
